How to Order From Us

For items where we physically ship you something--such as a CD-ROM--use our secure on-line order form to place your order.

Obtaining software products, such as Video Finesse or Echo Fire, which are available for on-line delivery is also a simple, rapid, on-line process:

• Download the software from this web site. You can install this software in demonstration mode to evaluate it prior to placing a paid order.
• Use our Secure Order Form to place your order via credit card.
• Receive your software serial number via email.
• Install the software and serial number, and you're up and running!

By using our on-line order system your entire order is automated, allowing us to offer significantly better pricing than orders which involve manual processing, and getting the software to you quicker.

If you wish to, you can order the software and have it shipped to you. The cost is higher and you will get exactly the same software, but some people like to have something physical to hold.

NOTE: Orders for physical shipment of CD-ROMs will include the serial number inside the CD-ROM package rather than being emailed to you. Thus you will need to wait for the CD-ROM to arrive before you can install the software.

Using Software in Demo Mode

If you want to try our software before buying it, you can install it without a serial number by selecting demo mode during the installation process. This will give you fully functional software, except that the output of the software will be marked with red lines or it may be limited as to how long it will work.

Once you decide to order the software, follow the procedure below to obtain a serial number to fully enable the software.

Ordering a Serial Number

To obtain a serial number to enable your software, use our Secure Order Form. After completing the form and providing your credit card information, your credit card will be validated. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and American Express.

The serial number for your software will be emailed to you shortly after your order is processed. You can then install the software with that serial number.

If you have previously installed the software in demonstration mode, simply re-install the software and enter your new serial number.

Secure On-line Ordering

As such, your credit card information is far more secure than when you hand your card to the waiter in your local restaurant.

Privacy

The personal information you provide is used only to process your order. If you so select on the order form, we may occasionally send you information on updates and new products. Under no circumstances will we ever share your email address or other information with anyone else. We hate spam as much as you do.
